In 1994, the American Fan Company was the first Industrial Fan Company in North America to become ISO certified.
In June of 2009 American Fan Company was upgraded to the new ISO 9001-2008 Standard.

The employees of American Fan Company and our non profit group H.A.N.D.S. (Helping All in Need thru Donations and Support) rallied for a good cause.
Each year a local charity, St Vicent de Paul, holds their annual fan drive to collect new fans and air conditioners for the benefit of the young, elderly and the chronically ill in the cincinnati area.
Our neighbor company, Tedia asked if we would be interested in partnering with them for this worthy charity. A friendly competition ensued "Who can collect the most fans!"
On July 12th the employees of American Fan Company presented St. Vincent de Paul with a whopping 212 fans.
Needless to say we blew away the competition.
Altogether the two companies donated 292 fans and enough money to purchase 10 air conditioners
Down through the years The American Fan Company has provided fans for the U.S. Navy and Coast Guard, which includes the newest class of ships, the LPD series.
The American Fan Company is the proud supplier of over 100 fans for the "USS NEW YORK" whose hull was constructed from steel salvaged from the "WORLD TRADE CENTER" towers.
In April of 2009 The American Fan Company was added to the QPL (Qualified Provider List) by the Department of Defense Naval Operations.
This allows American Fan to provide replacement fans for repair and refurbishing of vessels in dock.
The American Fan Company announces the industries first 2 YEAR warranty on all 
American Fan and Woods products shipped after June 1, 2009.

American Fan Company Celebrated it's 40th Anniversary in July of 2009.
The festivities were attended by previous Company Founders, Officers, past Presidents, and Officials from the City of Fairfield, including the Mayor, various Council Members, the Chief of Police, City Manager, Members of the Fairfield Economic Development Committee, and the President of the Chamber of Commerce.There were also guests from several of our customers companies.
There were plenty of games and prizes including a dunking booth, water balloon toss, and a pie eating contest for both children and adults with the winner receiving the coveted golden chalice.The food was great and plenty of it. No one went home hungry.The left over food was donated to the local homeless shelter.
